The co-chairs of NHS Staff Council have confirmed that NHS Staff Council has received a mandate to proceed with Agenda for Change (AfC) pay structure reform negotiations in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Earlier this year, the government announced it would award NHS staff a 3.6% pay rise. This will be paid in August and backdated to April 2025.
