As you should all be aware, WMAS are currently taking part in a new ARP trial which effects the coding of 999 calls.
The categories of this trial changed NATIONALLY on Wednesday.
Due to this recategorisation an INTERIM End of Shift Tasking Policy is now in place, details of which will be available to this site as soon as available.
If anyone has any issues, problems or is tasked on a job that they feel is inappropriate PLEASE send details via this website.
Jobs in the last 30 minutes of shift are being monitored on a daily basis and changes are still being made.
