Ambulance 'was minutes away from dying boy'

An ambulance that was just minutes away from a dying boy was not sent to save his life, his mother claims. Donna Hellewell, 46, demanded answers from Yorkshire Ambulance Service after claiming it took paramedics 30 minutes to reach her son Jay Strand.
