Ambulances should respond to more life & death calls within 8 minutes

Ambulances will “work towards” a new response time target this year, Health Minister Lesley Griffiths has said. She wants to see 70% of ambulances responding to life-or-death emergency calls within eight minutes. The Welsh Ambulance Service achieved the current 65% target in 10 of the last 12 months.
