Members of the joint unions of WMASFT have the right to legal and lawful Strike Action between the hours of 0700-1100hrs. Staff must be available to commence the rest of their shift promptly at 1100hrs. Staff who decide to work during the hours of 0700-1100hrs will work to the exemptions agreed in partnership between the Trade Unions and Senior Management of West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS
Foundation Trust.
