A recent letter from the Director of Workforce and Organisational Development in relation to the national joint agreement regarding unsocial hours payments during sickness that takes effect from 1st September. The letter sets out the view of all 10 ambulance trusts that the issue was nationally agreed with NHS Employees and the Joint Trade Unions and as such will not be negotiated on locally.
