Four ambulance staff and a hospital worker have been arrested following the death of a man at Walsall's Manor Hospital in June. Carl Cope, 47, died from a heart attack after collapsing outside the hospital's A&E department with chest pains. The ambulance service workers, aged 26, 34, 45 and 53 were bailed. A hospital employee, 44, remains in custody. All five were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence and misconduct in a public office.
