No way to postcode pay

A group of 20 NHS trusts from across the South West of England have each committed £10,000 to form a consortium, or 'pay cartel', to 'explore and develop' regional alternatives to NHS terms and conditions, and - in particular - to the UK wide Agenda for Change agreement.
