Recent news has highlighted cuts in pay of up to 15% at a Foundation Trust in the South West NHS along with the undermining of Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions.
In reality, from internal documents that UNISON has seen, an employer pay cartel has been formed across the region to achieve a collective break-away from Agenda for Change national terms and conditions. The aims of the cartel are to significantly reduce each Trust’s pay bill by directly cutting pay and conditions.
