Do you remember reading about the 'Fat Cats' in the press? Looking at it now, the pay scales have obviously increased and these fat cats have become much fatter. Have Senior Management in the West Midlands Ambulance Service struggled like the staff have had to do over past years or have they just sat back and creamed off healthy pay rises and bonuses?
